Athar – Preservation & Documentation’s mission is to collect, preserve, study, and exhibit photographs and documents related to the heritage of the city of Tyre and Jabal Amel.

The images, texts, data, documentation or other information contained on this website are proprietary to Athar/Jaafaria Welfare Association or its licensors.
THE JAAFARIA COLLECTION FEATURED ON THE WEBSITE IS UNDER COPYRIGHT
- The Jaafaria Collection items featured on the website are available for limited non-commercial, educational, and personal use only. Users may download these files for their own use. By downloading, printing, or otherwise using material from our online archive, users agree that they will limit its use to non-commercial, educational, and personal purposes, cite the creator, copyright owner, and source of the material, and will not violate Athar’s or any other party's proprietary rights. Users may not remove any copyright, watermark, or other proprietary notices, including information, credits, and copyright notices that have been placed on or near the materials by Athar. Downloading, printing, copying, distributing or otherwise using materials for commercial purposes, including commercial publication or personal gain, is a serious copyright infringement and will have legal consequences.

Athar has signed agreements with the owners of the private collections to define the terms of use of each collection. If you wish to use a photo, please contact us to request permission.

Any use of images from the Jaafaria Collection has to be approved by Athar and might be subject to a processing fee. To obtain permission to reproduce an image from the Jaafaria Collection, please send a “image use” request to: athar.center.tyre@gmail.com
NOTICE: If you find a photo of you or your direct relatives in the Athar online archive that you do not wish to see published here, please send a “take down image” request to: athar.center.tyre@gmail.com. حقوق النشر وسياسة الخصوصية
تتمحور مهمة "مركز أثر" حول جمع وحفظ ودراسة وعرض الصور والوثائق المرتبطة بتراث مدينة صور وجبل عامل.
يوافق المستخدمون لدى دخولهم إلى هذا الموقع الإلكتروني، على الشروط والأحكام التالية:
- حقوق الطباعة والنشر والملكية
تعود ملكية الصور والنصوص والبيانات والوثائق وغيرها من المعطيات والمعلومات الواردة في هذا الموقع الإلكتروني إلى الجمعيّة الخيريّة الجعفريّة أو الجهات التي منحتها الترخيص.
ومجموعة الجعفرية الموجودة على الموقع الإلكتروني، والتي تخضع لحقوق الطباعة والنشر، هي للاستخدام المحدود، وغير التجاري، والتعليمي، والشخصي فقط. وبإمكان المستخدمين تنزيل هذه الملفات للاستخدام الشخصي فحسب، كما يتعيّن على المستخدمين ذكر اسم المصوّر ومصدر الصورة. ويوافق المستخدمون عند تنزيل المواد أو طباعتها أو استخدامها بأي شكل من الأشكال، على أنهم سيحصرون استخدام هذه الملفات بأغراض غير تجارية، وتعليمية، وشخصية، وأنهم لن ينتهكوا حقوق ملكيّة مركز "أثر- للحفظ والتوثيق" أو أي جهة مالكة أخرى. كذلك لا يحق للمستخدمين إزالة أي شعار متعلق بحقوق الطباعة والنشر أو العلامة المائية أو شعار ملكية بما في ذلك المعلومات، ومراجع المصدر، وإشعارات حقوق الطباعة والنشر التي يضعها "مركز أثر" على المواد أو بالقرب منها. فتنزيل أو طباعة أو نسخ أو توزيع أو استخدام المواد لأغراض تجارية بما فيها النشر التجاري أو المكسب الشخصي، وبأيّ شكل كان، يعتبر انتهاكاً لحقوق الطباعة والنشر وتترتب عليه تداعيات قانونية.
- وتخضع المجموعات الخاصة المعروضة على الموقع الإلكتروني لحقوق الطباعة والنشر وغيرها من القيود، ولا يمكن تحميلها ولا استخدامها بأي شكل من الأشكال. وقد وقّع "مركز أثر" اتفاقيات مع مالكي المجموعات الخاصة لتحديد شروط استخدام كل منها.
- استخدام صورة من مجموعة الجعفرية في سياق منشور أكاديمي
يستوجب أي استخدام لصور من مجموعة الجعفرية الحصول على موافقة "مركز أثر" وقد يخضع لرسم معالجة. للحصول على إذن لاستخدام صورة من مجموعة الجعفريّة، الرجاء إرسال طلب "استخدام صورة" على البريد الإلكتروني التالي: athar.center.tyre@gmail.com
تنويه: إذا وجدتم صورة لأنفسكم أو لأقربائكم المباشرين ولا تودّون نشرها هنا، يُرجى إرسال طلب "حذف صورة" مع الإشارة إلى سبب طلب الحذف، على البريد الإلكتروني التالي: athar.center.tyre@gmail.com
